Swearing to the heaven, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is sh ì R ì zh ǐ Ti ā n, which means swearing to the heaven and the sun. It's the same as "vowing heaven to point to the sun.". It comes from Lu Yuan Cong Hua, old news, Xi Shi Duoxian.
