The origin of Idioms
It is said that during the Tang Dynasty, Prime Minister Pei Du visited Xiangshan temple when he was young and found three treasure belts lost by a woman. Although he liked them very much, he didn't keep them for himself, but was waiting for the owner to come. It turned out that the woman borrowed them for her father's sake. Pedo gave it back to him without hesitation. See song Ding Yong Hui's Zhi Tian Lu Pei Du.
