Puji Qunsheng is a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is p ǔ J ì Q ú NSH ē ng, which means Buddhist language. It thinks that the public camp disturbance, such as drowning in the sea, the Buddha is compassionate and exerts great power to rescue them so as to reach the other shore. It's the same as "universal living". From Taiping Guangji.
