Ping Shi is a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is p í ngsh ì P á nggu ā n, which means to stand by on the beam in front of the car and to stay away. It comes from Wang Tao's "it's not enough to rely on Turkey's victory over Russia" in Qing Dynasty.
