It's a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is n á nd ì n á nxi ō ng, which means that two brothers are good, and it's hard to distinguish between them. Now it's also used to satirize both brothers; it's the same as "brother in need". It's from Er Shi Xing.
The origin of Idioms
