It's a Chinese idiom. The Pinyin is m ù m ù g ǒ ngy ǐ. The trees on the tomb are as thick as the two hands. It means you're dying. It's a curse. The latter refers to people who have been dead for a long time. It comes from Zuo Zhuan, the 32nd year of Duke Fu.
