The Chinese idiom, Li ù t ō ngs ì D á in pinyin, means that it can be extended in all directions. The transportation is very convenient. It's also about access to all sides. It's from the proposal of creating Chinese railway.

Xue Fucheng of the Qing Dynasty wrote in his book on the creation of Chinese Railways: "that is to say, if Meibang built a new railway, there was no railway 40 years ago, now it has six connections in China, four connections in China, and the road reaches 200000 Li."
