Lean and fat
It is a Chinese idiom. The Pinyin is Ji à OSH à Uli à NGF é I, which means relatively fat and thin. It's from "kite error · happy New Year".

Li Yu of the Qing Dynasty wrote in his "kite error · New Year's greeting": "how ever did you see Hou men Jiao Li, who was thinner and fatter?"
