Jiming abstinence
Jiming jiedan means to get up before dawn for fear of delaying business.
It comes from the book of songs, Qi Feng, preface to the crowing of chickens: "crowing of chickens, I think of the virtuous imperial concubine. The Duke of mourning is licentious and neglectful, so the concubine Chen Xian and her virgin daughter warn each other all day long when the sun is falling, the horse's head will be in full swing. Zhao Zhi, a biography of Wenyuan in the book of Jin, is used as predicate and attributive to describe excessive tension
