preface
I began to practice meditation in my early twenties. At that time, there was a master Tang, a three generation herbalist from Xuzhou, in Taipei, who was leading a quiet class in an American business organization. I heard that he had the ability to achieve success, so I joined this small group with great curiosity. not long after the first day of meditation, master Tang began to teach the students one by one. I was the first one with pneumatic phenomenon among more than a dozen people here. Who knows that this kind of foreign gas start-up phenomenon, which I am secretly proud of, turned into a serious problem later. If the external Qi starts but fails to converge into the middle vein, it is actually that the Qi has crossed the road, or it can be said that the Qi has entered the side branch rather than the main stream. This understanding was learned from an Indian yoga master half a year later. Swami, who was active in Europe and the United States in the 1960s and 1970s, told me frankly that Qi must flow into people's veins so that he would not shake autonomously. Unfortunately, he did not have the ability to help me, so I had to wait for the arrangement of nature.
abstract
Jiaji orifices and zhongdantian orifices are connected with people. When people communicate with each other, opening these two orifices is called "happiness". These two orifices are very easy to open. They are called happy and comfortable. I'm glad to see you, and you've opened your mind. When I see you, I'm worried. Then you need to defend yourself quickly, and I'm afraid I'll borrow money from you. You won't like me, and I won't like you either. If you can't open these two orifices, there will be no "popularity". As soon as I see you, I smile and smile. I'm already picking up your popularity, and you like me better. At this time, I'm "popular, well connected, and I'm right.". Now we know why modern people are not happy? Every day we guard against others, two orifices closed, naturally do not receive people, live unhappy, pain will not be able to solve. If this person often looks sad, he will grow a line of worry, that is, the lines between the two eyebrows on both sides; if he looks sad, he will grow a "hanging needle" line, which is in the middle of the two eyebrows, and the shape is like an upright needle. Hanging needle pattern is a very bad pattern. Old people must be lonely. Why? If you can't get popularity for a long time, others can't get popularity from this person either. If you don't have anything to do with each other, you will live alone. Since then, the relationship between people has been very tense, and I don't get popular. There is a hanging needle pattern between my eyebrows. As a result, old people are really lonely, so I have to practice Taoism. None of you are here yet. How nice. I envy you very much. this hanging needle pattern, the ancients said that "parents, children, old and lonely, must die suddenly". Even dying is an abnormal death, which is a very fierce line. But as long as you have a good attitude and do good deeds, the hanging needle will turn, and a turn is a good line - fortunately, my hanging needle pattern has turned. People live to do good for others, do good to live is meaningful. If a person who is very upset and can't receive popularity can force himself to serve others more, his hanging needle pattern will turn around; at this time, this line is called Yin Yin pattern, that is, there is Yin de pattern. Otherwise, it's cruel to be self-restraint, lonely, abnormal death. Foreigners tend to grow in the chin here, which is also a hanging needle pattern. From the hanging needle pattern to the Yin pattern, it's actually from not receiving people's attention to receiving people's attention. The two orifices are opened, the heart is broad, and the noble person helps, so naturally the evil turns into the good. This is also the cultivation of Taoism. Of course, being able to cultivate Taoism is so simple. So people can't pay so much attention to their own sufferings and troubles. They have to frown and close themselves all day. They also have to love and help others. Confucius said that "only benevolent people can love others and themselves". Therefore, people need to accept the exchange of popularity in order to be happy. People can't live for themselves. They should always do something for others. there are also two Yin lines on both sides of the chin, the deeper and the longer the better, because only when you do good deeds, can it grow out. In addition, the lines that bend from both sides of the nose to the chin are called decrees. The deeper and longer the decrees are, the more noble they are, and the higher the person's virtue is. In this way, we will know that the cultivation of Taoism needs to start
