"Where to go" is an anti war film directed by Guan Jing, produced by Hebei Qingshan Lvshui culture communication company and starred by Zhongquan hero, Qi Zimei, Li Luo and Wang Xi.

The film tells a series of exciting stories about the Japanese soldier Shiqiao, who became the only survivor after suffering the baptism of the cruel war. He was seriously injured and saved by a Chinese village woman, and was mistaken for an anti Japanese hero.

The film will be shown in Chinese mainland in October 28, 2016.

Synopsis

In the early 1930s, Japanese painter Kentaro Ishihashi (< I > hero Nakasone < / I >) was forced to take part in the war of aggression against China soon after his wedding. Determined to survive, he was seriously injured in a fierce battle. Shiqiao climbs out of the dead. In order to survive, she puts on the clothes of the Chinese soldiers who died in battle and is rescued by Fenglian, a widow in the village who has just been killed by the Japanese. The villagers mistook the stone bridge for an anti Japanese hero, took good care of it and admired it in every way. Shiqiao had to live in the village as a mute. As the days went by, Shiqiao also had feelings for the kind villagers. The quiet life was finally broken. The villagers who recognized Shiqiao's identity asked everyone if they knew how to kill the Chinese. Shiqiao's identity was exposed and he fled back to the Japanese military camp, but the Japanese officers called him the humiliation of the Empire. In order to survive, he endured the humiliation of other Japanese soldiers every day and completely lost his life in the face of the war.

      An ordinary Japanese soldier, seriously injured after a battle, was rescued by a Chinese village woman as an anti Japanese hero. During the healing period, Shiqiao had feelings for the kind villagers and felt even more disgusted with the war. Soon Shiqiao's identity was exposed and he fled back to the Japanese barracks, but he could not live as before.

  "Where to go and where to follow" is based on a real "Diary of Japanese soldiers". In Qianxi, Hebei Province, Shiqiao, a Japanese invader, wrote "Diary of Manchuria expedition" in the seventh to eighth year of Zhaohe (1932-1933). The diary records the cruel March of Japan's attack on xifengkou, Hebei Province from September 26th, Zhaohe to April 7th, Zhaohe (1932-1933) . The protagonist of the diary is Shiqiao, the protagonist of the film. From the perspective of an ordinary Japanese soldier, the film tells the story of that period of history, hoping to reveal the cruelty of war, trigger the audience's reflection on human nature and war, and appeal for peace. Where to go is the first feature film written and directed by director Guan Jing. Choosing to shoot such an anti Japanese theme film, the director's original intention is to realize in the process of reviewing history that there should be a new and serious perspective to inspire people to review history, examine war and think about peace.
