He Yuying is from Lianping, Guangdong Province. Born in Guangzhou in 1898. He first studied in Zhenguang girls' school, graduated in 1916 and stayed as a teacher. In 1918, he went to BAIHEDONG Zhenguang middle school to study again. In 1920, he graduated and stayed in school. He was admitted to Lingnan University in 1922 and graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1925. He was employed as the director of Zhenguang middle school.
