He Zongfan (1082-1162), who was named Siyan and named qiergong, was the general judge of Wenzhou during the reign of song Jingkang (around 1127). According to Wanli Huangyan county annals, he moved from Kaifeng to qingshanfang of Huangyan (today's dasixiang) and was the ancestor of he family of Huangyan. This is recorded in the genealogy of he family of dasixiang by Wuyin in in 1878. According to the genealogy of he family in Huangyan Dongjiang River in 1948, Zong fan Gong was the fifth grandson of Zhizhong Gong. He Zhizhong (1044-1117), born in Longquan, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, was a Jinshi of song Xining. Chongning served as the Deputy Prime Minister and the Prime Minister of Cai Jing. According to the genealogy of he family in Qingyuan of Longquan, there are Zhizhong Gong, Jinshi, prime minister, Rongguo Gong and Qingyuan Jun Wang in the sixth generation of Jingong Dafang. In Sanfang VI, there are historical records of qiyigong, qiergong and qisangong. Fan Gong, the first ancestor of Qianhuang, was also from Longquan. He was the grandson of Jingong Sanfang VI, named qiergong. He is the Tang uncle and brother of the famous Prime Minister of Song Dynasty.
