Zhang He
Zhang He, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1950 and moved to the West in Hebei Province. He started work in October 1969 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1978. He graduated from the Department of mathematics of Hebei Normal University with a degree of ordinary class. He was once a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and vice governor of Hebei Province.
In July 2020, with the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission put Zhang He on file for examination and investigation of his serious violations of discipline and law, decided to expel Zhang He from the party, determined his retirement benefits as a level Four investigator, and collected his illegal income.

On April 29, 2020, according to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission, Zhang He, former member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei provincial Party committee and vice governor, was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and was subject to discipline review and supervision investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission.
Case review
On July 28, 2020, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission announced that with the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission had put on record and investigated the serious violations of discipline and law by Zhang He, former member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee and vice governor of Hebei Province.
