Zhang Fu
Zhang Fu (1917-2002) was born in Nanfeng, Jiangxi Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has successively engaged in secret work of the Communist Party of China in Jiangxi, Sichuan, Shanxi and other places. He has successively served as the director of the Northeast Lu art secretary, the deputy head of the first regiment of the Northeast Lu Art Troupe, the director of the Northeast literary workers association, the director of the office of the Ministry of culture of the Northeast People's government, the Deputy Secretary General of the Northeast Federation of literary and art circles, the deputy secretary general, the Secretary General and the Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese writers' Association, and the president of the writers' publishing house. Life of the characters
Comrade Zhang Fu was born in Yichang, Hubei Province on December 12, 1917, and was originally from Nanfeng County, Jiangxi Province. When he was studying in primary and middle schools, he was influenced by the revolutionary thought, which stimulated his patriotic enthusiasm and national self-esteem, and sprouted the idea of joining the Red Army. After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, he enthusiastically joined the New Fourth Army in Nanchang in November 1937 and engaged in the "military movement" work in the youth service group. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1938. From 1939 to 1946, Comrade Zhang Fu was ordered to engage in the secret work of the party in the Xuanwei working group of Jiangxi anti enemy support association and the second Chongqing drama troupe. Risking his life, he traveled from Jiangxi to Sichuan on foot, through Qinling Mountains and Huanglongshan mountains to the west of Shanxi. In the harsh war environment, he went deep into the front of the struggle to carry out Anti Japanese propaganda and mass culture work. From 1946 to 1953, through organizational arrangements, Comrade Zhang Fu went to the northeast and successively served as Deputy Secretary of the general Party branch of the school of Arts of Northeast University, director of the Northeast Luyi secretary, director of Mudanjiang Cultural Management Committee, director of Mudanjiang Xinhua radio station, director of the Northeast Cultural Association, head of the Northeast Peking Opera Troupe, director of the office of the Ministry of culture of the Northeast People's government, and Deputy Secretary General of the Northeast Federation of literary and art circles He participated in and organized the performance of the large-scale drama "white haired girl" in Northeast China, and was responsible for the film review and drama reform, which made outstanding contributions to our party's literature and art work in the early days of the liberation of Northeast China.
In April 1953, Comrade Zhang Fu was transferred to Beijing to participate in the preparatory work for the establishment of the all China Association of literary workers, which was renamed China Writers Association. After that, he successively served as deputy secretary-general and secretary-general of the Chinese Writers Association, member of the Party Committee directly under the CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, and member of the Party group of the Chinese Writers Association. He is familiar with the situation of the literary and artistic circles, is good at uniting the vast number of writers and literary and artistic workers, works conscientiously, bears no grudge, and is committed to the construction of socialist literature and art and the work of organization and leadership. During the "Cultural Revolution", Comrade Zhang Fu was persecuted, stopped working and transferred to the "May 7th" cadre school in Xianning, Hubei Province. He returned to work in 1972. He once served as the deputy leader of the leading group of the cadre distribution and placement office of the Ministry of culture and the various associations of the China Federation of literary and art circles, and the person in charge of the people's music publishing house. During this period, Comrade Zhang Fu endured humiliation, disregarded personal grievances, and did a lot of hard and fruitful work to protect and resettle the cadres of various associations of the China Federation of literary and art circles.
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Zhang Fu, as a member of the preparatory group for the restoration of the China Federation of literary and art circles and the China Writers' Association, actively implemented the party's policies and successively rehabilitated a large number of comrades who had suffered injustice, falsehood and wrongdoing. After the restoration of the China Federation of literary and art circles and the China Writers' Association, Comrade Zhang Fu served as the third and fourth directors of the China Writers' Association, deputy secretary of the provisional Party group, member of the Party group, Secretary General of the Secretariat, and President of the writers' Publishing House of the China Writers' Association. He also served as a member of the Fourth Committee of the China Writers' Association, member of the Party group, deputy secretary general, Secretary of the provisional Party committee, and member of the provisional Party Committee directly under the CPC Central Committee. During this period, he adhered to the party's basic line and the four cardinal principles, and made indelible contributions to the rectification of chaos and the implementation of cadre policies. Comrade Zhang Fu, an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, a loyal communist fighter and an outstanding worker of literary and artistic organizations, died at 9:57 on October 26, 2002 in Beijing at the age of 85.
Character evaluation
In his revolutionary career and leadership of literary and artistic organizations for more than half a century, Comrade Zhang Fu has been concerned about the fate of the country and the nation with great enthusiasm, conscientiously implemented the party's literary and artistic line, and adhered to the "two for" direction and the "double hundred" policy. He is a decent man. In practical work, he takes the overall situation into consideration, has a broad mind, and never cares about personal fame and wealth. He devoted himself to public affairs, cherished and United new and old writers. In addition to his heavy administrative leadership, he also wrote a preface to Zhao Shuli's novel sanliwan. In the case of old age and infirmity, he wrote his memoir a few words.
Comrade Zhang Fu's life is one of selfless dedication, hard struggle and wholeheartedly serving the people. He loved the party, the people and socialism, and believed in Marxism Leninism. He earnestly studied Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Comrade Jiang Zemin's important thought of "Three Represents". He had a firm belief in communism and worked for it all his life. He has a keen mind, adheres to principles, stands out clearly, and is open and aboveboard; he pursues truth, seeks truth from facts, is conscientious, strict and self disciplined; he has a decent style, is enthusiastic, works hard, lives frugally, and selflessly devotes his whole life energy to the Chinese revolutionary cause. The death of Comrade Zhang Fu has deprived the party and the people of a long tested proletarian cultural fighter, our literary team of an excellent organizational leader, and all of us of a respectable veteran comrade. We will always learn from him and miss him.
