Yu Tianxi was a writer in Yuan Dynasty. Yuandadu (now Beijing) was born and died in an unknown year. The word is Jifu.

He once served as the governor of Zhongshu Province, and was sentenced by Zhongshan government. He has written 15 kinds of dramas, such as scolding Shangyuan, Pipa resentment and Banchang palace, which are not handed down today. He is also good at composing Sanqu. Guan Yunshi's preface to "snow in spring" comments on contemporary Yuefu in Yuan Dynasty, and he and Guan Hanqing were discussed together. It can give us a general understanding of his time of life and his achievements in creation. In Quan Yuan San Qu, there are 7 Xiaoling and 4 divertimento.
