CEN zongdan, Ziwen, born in Bianjing (now Kaifeng, Henan Province), is a painter of the Northern Song Dynasty.
CEN zongdan, in the 17th year of Qingli (1041-1048) in the Northern Song Dynasty, abandoned his official position and toured the southeast mountains and waters. From the Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, there was one person in ten who tried the ancient good books to comment on them. He was especially good at calligraphy and stippling on a large scale, which should be inferior to Su Shunqin. As soon as calligraphy and painting came out, those who got it competed to sell them. In Zhiping (1644-1667), the imperial edict of the song Yingzong's envoys ordered the book to enter into ten sections, and zongdan was the book's own ten sections, which was highly appreciated by the song Yingzong.
