CEN Wan (ca. 1499-1575), a native of Shajiao, Shunde, Guangdong Province. In the fifth year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1526), he became a scholar. At the beginning, he served as the head of the Qing official Department of Huguang, and served as the governor of Henan and Fujian. He is the author of pugu collection. He was also a famous calligrapher in Lingnan in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, good at writing Xingshu.
