Kaiyuan miscellaneous newspaper
"Jingweiji · dukaiyuan zabao" mentioned that he got dozens of copies of concise government communiques in Xiangfan, and called them "Kaiyuan zabao", which was also the earliest feudal official newspaper in China. Sun Qiao said that its appearance was scattered "dozens of books", and its content was "related to the affairs of the sun, but not the first and last". Most of the records were about the political affairs of the Kaiyuan imperial court, including "one day the emperor ploughed the land personally, and carried out nine pushing rites", "one day the hundred officials carried out a big shooting ceremony, and the earth shaking anfuluo south", "one day the Tibetan princes invited their retinues to Fengchan" and so on. China's news historians confirmed that Kaiyuan miscellaneous newspaper was a kind of feudal official newspaper which was spread by the officials stationed in the capital. It doesn't have a fixed issue and a newspaper header. "Kaiyuan miscellaneous newspaper" is just a kind of name for it. It's not printed. What Sun Qiao saw was only a few copies of it that were handed down in the society at that time. The records of "Kaiyuan miscellaneous newspapers" show that the beginning of Chinese feudal official newspapers was not later than the Tang Dynasty. In view of the fact that there is no newspaper record in the ancient literature, Kaiyuan zabao is considered to be the oldest newspaper in China and the oldest newspaper in the world.

analysis
He Yi is diligent and loves the people. He is upright and has the courage to resist the superior's misdeeds. It's really admirable and worth reading. Sun Qiao said in the book He Yi that although he "does not aspire to life, he will be famous after death.". Sure enough, the new book of Tang Dynasty, as an honest official, set up a biography for him.
