Zhou Fendou, an official of the Qing Dynasty, was born in Anhui, China. In 1749 (the 14th year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong), Zhou Fendou succeeded Zhou Jijing and became the magistrate of Zhuluo County in Taiwan. He is in charge of the political affairs in Jiayi and Yunlin.
His predecessor: Zhou Jijing took office in 1749. His successor: Xu Dejun. Zhou Fendou was named Rudiao, which is called Xuzhong and Zhihuan. Now he belongs to Tongcheng, Anhui Province. He was elected in 1735. He was the magistrate of Pinghe County in Fujian Province. Because he failed to inspect taifan, he was the governor of Mabian county. His works include Bo Yu Ji, Ru Shu Ji and Yu Qingtang's poems and essays.
