Wu Jingbo (1892-1958), male, Han nationality, also known as Youlin, was born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. He was a member of the national revolution and the United League. He graduated from Baoding military academy. He once served as the commander, brigade commander, division chief of staff of the 24th Sichuan army, mayor of Chengdu, principal of Chengdu Xiejin middle school, President of Chengdu new people's daily, Vice General of Chuankang appeasement office, member of Sichuan provincial government and director of anti smoking supervision, director of finance department, and representative of National Congress. After liberation, he served as a counsellor of the Western Sichuan travel agency, a representative of Chengdu people's Congress from all walks of life, a member of Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, a deputy to Chengdu Municipal People's Congress, a member of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference, a member of the Solidarity Committee of the Central Committee of the Chinese people's revolution, and a deputy secretary general of Sichuan. In 1952, he served as deputy director of the Counselor's office of Sichuan Provincial People's government.
