Lu Jinwen, whose date of birth and death is unknown, was born in Jingde, Anhui Province in Qing Dynasty. The eldest son of LV Xianji. Xianfeng two years (1852) Jinshi.
He has compiled four volumes of Wenxuan GuZi tongbuxun, one volume of Shiyi, one volume of Chibi Xianyin and one volume of huaiyanzhai yincao, and three volumes of Cuan Ya Chang. After his father's death, LV Jinwen was promoted from a scholar in the Imperial Academy to a servant. He founded the Jingde regiment Training Bureau, raised money and grain, organized rural regiments, and continued to fight against the Taiping army. Later, they set up the Kalao nunnery, searched for people's wealth, neglected people's lives, cut off internal and external exchanges, and suffered a lot. As the saying goes, "people in Jingde eat people, but Lu Jinwen is the bane."
