Huang Hui, born in 1963, graduated from the Department of mechanical engineering of Hunan Institute of technology and was once the CEO of Gree Electric.
On February 19, 2021, Huang Hui resigned as director and executive president of Gree Electric Company. After his resignation, Huang Hui no longer held any position in the company.

On the evening of February 21, 2021, Gree Electric announced that the board of directors received a written resignation report from Huang Hui, director and CEO of the company, on February 19, 2021. Huang Hui applied to resign as director and CEO of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, Huang Hui no longer held any position in the company.
