Huang Bingxun (1815-1893), whose name is Weiting, was born in Yuyao county. The seventh grandson of Huang Zongxi. Long for all life, after the people.
Life experience
Good astronomical calendar calculation, according to Huang Zongxi's "if the Western calendar", reference to "Li Xiang Kao Cheng", morning and evening calculation. At the beginning of the Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty, Zuo Zongtang strove Zhejiang Province and ordered Haizhou county to map longitude and latitude. Tao Yunsheng, the county magistrate of Yuyao, ordered him to map the county territory. After six months, he finished the work and submitted it to the provincial government. He was called Jingshen. ten years (1871) after failing in the examination, he studied behind closed doors and wrote ceaselessly. Mei Qizhao, the governor of Zhejiang Province, set up a school of mathematics in Hangzhou. He wrote a letter to him for three years, but did not leave. Later, he was employed by Ningbo Bianzhi jingshe (in Zhuzhou) to teach Tiansuan for 10 years, bringing up many students. In 1884, during the Sino French war, the frontier was under martial law, and the Qing government awarded his book "geodetic records" to the commanders of all roads. In the 14th year, he was awarded the title of secretary in the cabinet. In the same year, the assembly code was revised, and all provinces were ordered to map the bird's nest square (equivalent to today's bird's eye view). Although he was old, he was still employed by the governor of Zhejiang Province. It took him more than a month to go to Hangzhou to work out the regulations. He is also the author of fangpingyixiang, liangtaijiesuan, zhongduangong chronicle and Mr. Lizhou chronicle.

According to the biography of Mr. Bingxun in the genealogy of Huang family in Zhuqiao, Yuyao, Bingxun was born with calmness and spiritual understanding. Compared with Cheng Zhusheng (scholar), Bingxun was very fond of astrology and had achieved great success at the age of three. Tao Yunsheng, the governor of Yuyao, once asked him to map Yuyao county. In 1870, at the age of 55, Huang Bingxun was first selected as a gifted student and then took part in the local examination. after failing in the general examination in 1871, he closed his door to study and write. Since then, he has successively declined to be employed by Jiangxi and Sichuan Shixue, and three times resigned from Zhejiang governor Mei Qizhao to invite him to hang Zhu Suanshu Bureau. Later, he was appointed as the head of Tiansuan Zhai and taught Tiansuan for more than ten years. Because of his teaching, some students from Mingzhou and Yuezhou became the first in Zhejiang Province (Zhedong road and Zhexi Road). When the Vietnamese soldiers prospered, the frontier was under martial law, and the Qing government issued his "geodetic records" to the commanders. In the autumn of 1888, he was recommended by Qu Zijiu, a former Zhejiang scholar, to be awarded the title of secretary in the cabinet. In the same year, he was appointed by the governor of Zhejiang Province to Hangzhou to participate in the regulations. In the winter of the 19th year of Guangxu (1893), Huang Bingxun died at the age of 79. In his life, Huang Bingxun emphasized friendship. He often thrived on food and clothing to help his relatives' weddings, funerals and orphans. At that time, the land for sacrificial rites in Lizhou was occupied by the people. His friendship was not related to the court, and he donated money to buy land for sacrifice. Huang Bingxun always makes a living by writing, and his income is only self-sufficient. However, he does what he sees right, which is really valuable. His works include four volumes of liangtaijiaoshijiesuan, wuweijiesuan, geodesic records, three volumes of zhongduangong chronicle, three volumes of wenxiaogong (Lizhou) chronicle, three volumes of chanting fenshilue, two volumes of Huang Shide zhuanzan, one volume of fangpingyixiang, and four volumes of historical records of bunting. In addition, there are some unpublished works such as Li Xue Nan Cheng.
