Sometimes, there are some comments on poetry, such as "Mei Yaochen's poetry should be pure and chatty", and "after the emperor's blessing, people were bold and unconstrained in writing poetry, and even vulgar and strong evil, so it became popular. Su Shunqin liked to be a strong poet, so he sighed: "unfortunately, I am a better poet than Mei Yaochen.". Fan Zhongyan also said that there are a number of songs in "Fisherman's pride", all of which begin with the sentence "stop autumn", which is quite a description of the hardships of the border town. Ouyang Gong tasted and called it the word of the poor Lord. " He also ridiculed Cheng Shi Meng's poem that "every day is busier than before, and the light is often lit in the deep of night" as "the poem of Deng Yu". Although he said that the poem should be related to the topic, it is interesting and vulgar. The fifteen volume Dongxuan record can be found in Barnyard sea, Siku Quanshu, notes novel grand view, Hubei Xianzheng's posthumous book, and the first edition of series collection; one volume can be found in Shuo Ying, novels of the Five Dynasties, and novels Grand View of the Five Dynasties; and another volume can be found in old novels, with only 37 records.
