In the Ming Dynasty, the famous medical cases written by Jiang Xuzhi were not yet available, so they were supplemented and the famous medical cases were continued. In addition, "Liuzhou medical words" and so on, are in the world. "Xumingyilei case" is a great work of traditional Chinese medicine medical cases written by Wei Zhixiu, a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty, after "mingyilei case" written by Jiang Yu in Ming Dynasty. This book records the clinical cases of famous doctors in the past dynasties before the early Qing Dynasty. The original volume of 60 is Wei's first draft, which was later deleted by Wang Mengying and divided into 36 volumes, including 345 types of diseases and syndromes.
