Gu Kun
Gu Kun, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1976 in Haimen, Jiangsu Province. He started work in August 1997 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1996 with a university degree and a master's degree.
He is now member of the Standing Committee of Huai'an Municipal Party committee, executive vice mayor and Deputy Secretary of the Party group of the Municipal People's Government of Jiangsu Province.

On February 24, 2019, according to the Yangtze Evening News, Jiangsu Province recently conducted a thorough investigation on the expired vaccine incident in Licheng health center of Jinhu County. The investigation confirmed that it was a serious accident. The provincial expert group carried out comprehensive medical observation, physical examination and re inoculation for 145 children who had been vaccinated with expired vaccine, and found no abnormal health condition directly related to the vaccine. Relevant responsible units and 33 responsible persons were seriously held accountable. Among them, Gu Kun, vice mayor of Huai'an City, was given administrative warning.
