Liu Yan? Liu Zhuang, the sixth son of Emperor Ming of Han Dynasty, was granted the title of king of xiapi in 72 A.D. (the 15th year of Yongping). In 88 A.D., he became the state and established the capital of xiapi county (now Pi county, Jiangsu Province). His posthumous title was king Hui of xiapi. He was in power for 54 years from 72 to 126.
