Tao Yu (1657-1719) was named Zhenfu. He was born in Baling (now Yueyang, Hunan Province) and lived in Jinling (now Nanjing). His father, Tao Hong, died in the land of the educational officer of Yunnan. Yu and his younger brother walked six thousand miles back to Chu, and then returned to Chu alone. He is good at writing, painting and seal cutting. Ya doesn't like Lian and Luo. Sixty three years old.
