Liu Liangbi (1684-1764) was born in Qingquan county (now Liaotian Town, Hengnan County) of Hunan Province in the Qing Dynasty. In the 47th year of Kangxi (1708), they were promoted to the imperial examination in the second year of Yongzheng (1724). He has successively served as the county magistrate of Lianjiang, zhule and Longxi in Fujian Province, with outstanding achievements and promoted to Taiwan.
Liu Liangbi, who lived alone on Taiwan Island, was recently attached to Taiwan Island and was often a place of banditry.
