Chen Mingyang, named Er Dynasty, is a native of jinzhanfang (now Wenguang Street) in kuodu county. He is the 21st generation of Chen family in Guiyu. In the first year of Qianlong (1736) of the Qing Dynasty, he was appointed magistrate of Lushan and Zhuzhou in Shandong Province.
