Liu BINGSHU, also known as Changqing, was born in Xingtai and the younger brother of Liu Bingzhong, the Grand Master of the Yuan Dynasty. He was diligent and eager to learn when he was young. He served as Xuanwei envoy of Huaixi, Xuanwei Department of Hui Province, general manager of lihuzhou and Pingyang roads, and finally promoted to minister of rites. During his political career, he was incorruptible and implemented the policy of benefiting the people. He died at the age of 60 and was buried in Xijia village of Xingtai.

Epitaph stone
