Wang Shixi
Wang Shixi (about 1265-1343) was a native of Dongping (now Shandong Province), whose name was Jixue. Wang Gou's eldest son.
Specialty and hobby
Wang Shixi was active in Guange between Zhizhi and TAIDING. He was in harmony with Yuan Jue, Ma Zuchang and others. Yu (Yu Ji), Yang (Yang Zai), fan (fan Xuan) and Jie (Jie Lisi) of the four schools of the Yuan Dynasty were later. There is no biographical edition of Jiangting collection, but poems are scattered in the general collection, and the articles are preserved in Yuanwen Lei and other books. Gu Sili's Anthology of Yuan poetry, two episodes, contains 117 poems, entitled Jiang Ting Ji. His poem, which was presented to Yu Bosheng as a sacrifice for Shu, was most popular among the people. He was once a composer of the song. He presented it to Li Zhiyi, a famous prostitute. Wang Shixi is famous for his calligraphy. According to the seventh volume of Tao Zongyi's book history, Wang Shixi's style is rich and admired by celebrities. Calligraphy is also clean and complete. He was also a member of the Yuan Opera family. He was once a composer of Sai hongqiu and presented to Li Zhiyi, a famous prostitute. He saw the story of Yaoshan hall, which has been lost. It was listed in the section of "Fang Jin Ming Gong" in the book of recording ghosts.

In his early years, he learned from Deng Wenyuan in Shu County, and his reputation has been growing day by day. Yuanyingzong was appointed Hanlin Dai Zhi at the beginning of yuanyingzong's reign. In the third year of yuanyingzong's reign (1323), he was granted the right Secretary wailang. He was once sent to Guozijian to encourage students. During the reign of TAIDING, he served as a governor. In the fourth year of TAIDING (1327), he served as Zhongshu to participate in politics. In August 1328, the first year of Zhihe, the minister Yan tiemu'er and others launched a coup to welcome tutimer (yuan Wenzong) in Jiangling (now Jingzhou, Hubei). He, Qiu Shijie and other old ministers were put into prison. In October 1228, Emperor Wenzong of the Yuan Dynasty ascended the throne, made a house arrest and exiled to remote counties (Jiyang army, now Yazhou, Hainan). Tianli two years (1329) in October from demotion put back to the village. To Shun three years (1332) in June, absolved employment, as Jiangdong Lian visit. In the second year of the Yuan Dynasty (1336), he moved to southern Taiwan to serve as a censor. In 1342, he was promoted to Zhongcheng in Nantai. He died in office.
