Wang Xin, male, Han nationality, born in June 1958 in Shan county, Shandong Province, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1984. Graduated from Shandong Institute of mining and Technology (Shandong University of science and Technology), majoring in electric power transmission and automation, in-service doctoral degree, engineering doctoral degree, researcher, long-term engaged in party affairs and administrative management of state-owned enterprises.
