The next year, he resigned to teach in Mingqiang senior primary school in Chaoxian county. In the ninth year of the Republic of China, he was employed as a tutor by Zhang Zhizhong because of his fellow schoolmate relationship. He has been engaged in copywriting all the time. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he abandoned his post and returned home. He was employed as a Chinese teacher of Chaoxian Chaoyang Middle School. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he was employed to work in Juxing township hospital. From 1957 to 1965, he was successively elected as a deputy to the people's Congress of the county and a member of the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth sessions of the people's Committee of the county. He retired due to illness in 1970 and died on September 23, 1976.
He is not good at fame, but good at wealth
In the 27th year of the Republic of China, Zhang Zhizhong ordered him to go to Hengshan County of Hunan Province to become the county magistrate. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he went back to his hometown to teach. Pan Hanfei, Hong Zhi's classmate, was then Chaoxian Councilor and planned to appoint his younger brother as the head of Juxing township. He told his younger brother to be idle and declined politely. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Huang Yan, the governor of Anhui Province, was entrusted by Zhang Zhizhong's letter and invited him to go out to work. Because he was too old to do his best, he was willing to contribute to the health of the villagers in his hometown hospital. Huang Yan sent him 300 yuan of living allowance, which he also returned. In 1956 and 1964, Zhang Zhizhong returned to Chaoxian county two times, and both sent cars to meet him. Each time he presented 500 yuan, he declined.
Protecting the progressive
Hong was upright and did his best to protect the progressives regardless of personal safety. Zhu Yunshan, the late chairman of the central democratic revolution, is an old friend of his classmates. Zhu Yunshan was progressive in thought and inclined to the Communist Party. The national government issued a secret order to arrest him. When Hong learned from Zhu Chuanjun, director of Anqing police force, he immediately informed Zhu Yunshan and hired a boat to deliver him to Wuhu overnight, so that he could escape the danger. Zhang Zhizhong ordered Tao Xingzhi, a patriot wanted by Jiang, to be escorted to Shanghai. In the 37th year of the Republic of China, Hong Maolin, a member of the Communist Party of China, was pursued by the Kuomintang. Regardless of his personal safety, he hid Hong Maolin at home to protect him from being poisoned. At the end of the year, he learned that all the members of the northwest Minsheng company had to go to Taiwan within a time limit, which was blocked by an urgent telegram. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, both of them were engaged in people's education. After Hong was elected to the county people's Committee, he actively participated in various political activities and put forward some constructive suggestions. More than 100 copies of the family's traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were presented to the County Health Bureau.
