Xingbei (1774-1837), Songmei, was born in Guiyang, Guizhou Province in Qing Dynasty. He studied poetry at the age of 13, worked in poetry at the age of 16, and was a Buxian student at the age of 19. Eleven years (AD 1831) as Guangxi Xing'an County Magistrate. When he succeeded Cangwu county magistrate, Cangwu had a case of injustice, which involved dozens of people. After several years, he found out that he was innocent and let it go. In the 14th year (1834 AD), he was appointed as the white Tongzhi. In the next year, he served as the examiner of Guangxi and was promoted to the prefectural magistrate of Quanzhou. Seventeen years (AD 1837) transferred to Xilong state, not on, died in Guilin in April. He has four volumes of tingxun and sixteen poetry collections.
