In the 22nd year of Emperor Qianlong's reign, he became a scholar of Imperial Academy. Twenty five years of editing. In the 33rd year, he was promoted to the Department of rites. In June of the first year of Jiaqing, Wang Xin, who was already familiar with military supplies in Hubei Province, was appointed governor of Hubei Province. He died in the army camp in April of 2003.
