Jiang Chun
Jiang Chun, born in February 1960 in Ezhou, Hubei Province, is a doctor of economics, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is the recipient of the special allowance granted by the State Council Government, the chief expert of the National Social Science Fund's major project "Research on key issues of expanding the two-way opening of China's financial industry", the "Luojia distinguished professor" of Wuhan University, and Wuhan University, the key research base of Humanities and social sciences of Wuhan University He is the director of financial research center, director of China finance society, executive director of China International Finance Society and member of Academic Committee.
Personal experience
In 1979, he was admitted to the school of information management of Wuhan University and obtained a bachelor's degree in 1983; in 1983, he was admitted to the Department of international finance of Wuhan University and obtained a master's degree in 1986; in 1986, he graduated and taught in the Department of international finance of Wuhan University; in 1988-1989, he went to the Business School of the Chinese University of Hong Kong to study currency banking and international finance; in 1990-1993, he studied in the school of economics of Wuhan University He was promoted to associate professor in 1993; he was promoted to Professor in 1996; he was a visiting researcher of China Economic Research Center of Peking University in 1997; he was employed as a doctoral supervisor of Wuhan University in 1998; he visited and studied in Jacksonville State University of the United States from 2000 to 2001 and served as a visiting professor concurrently; he was selected as the first professor in 2004 In May 2005, he served as director of the Department of finance, School of economics and management, Wuhan University, and director of the financial research center of Wuhan University; in 2007, he was employed as a second level professor of Wuhan University; in 2008, he was employed as a special professor of Luojia, Wuhan University; in June August 2012, he was a visiting researcher of Taiwan University of political science; in July 2013, he was employed as a visiting researcher of Taiwan University of political science Director of financial research center of Wuhan University; June to July 2014: exchange visit to Business School of Birmingham University; July to August 2015: exchange visit to Case Western Reserve University and University of Cincinnati; July to August 2016: cooperative research at University of Hong Kong; July 2017: exchange visit to school of economics of Nagoya University; July to August 2018: Taiwan Tsinghua University exchange visit.

Academic achievements
It creatively introduces new institutional economics into finance and tries to open up a new academic field of "new institutional finance". He has successively presided over one major national social science project, five National Natural Science Foundation projects, one world bank research fund project, one major humanities and social sciences research project of the Ministry of education, and one doctoral program. More than 200 papers and 8 monographs have been published. He won the second prize of excellent teaching materials of national colleges and universities, the second and third prizes of excellent research achievements of Humanities and social sciences of national colleges and universities, and the third and second prizes of excellent achievements of Social Sciences of Hubei Province. he has published eight monographs and more than 200 academic papers at home and abroad. He has presided over one major national social science project, five National Natural Science Foundation projects, one world bank research fund project, one major research project of the key research base of Humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China and one doctoral program. The monograph "property rights in economic growth" won the second prize of the second National University Humanities and Social Sciences outstanding research achievement (1998), the monograph "property rights system and financial market" won the third prize of the third National University Humanities and Social Sciences outstanding research achievement (2002), and the paper "on the essence and institutional premise of finance" won the third Hubei Provincial Social Sciences outstanding research achievement award The second prize of achievement (2003), the third prize of the 5th Hubei social science outstanding achievement award (2006), and the second prize of the 10th Hubei social science outstanding research achievement award in 2017. The textbook "western money and banking" edited by him won the second prize of the third national excellent textbook for ordinary colleges and universities (1995), the special allowance of the State Council Government in 2000, and was selected into the "new century talents support plan" of the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China in 2005.
