Jiang Risheng, whose original name is Yi and whose name is Jingfu, was born in Huian County of Fujian Province in Qing Dynasty. Taking Jiang Meiao as his foster father, he changed his surname to Jiang, named Risheng and Dongxu, and was called Gaopu people in Tongan. The year of birth and death and his life are unknown. He lived around Kangxi middle school. In 1713, Enke solved the Yuan Dynasty.
Jiang Risheng was familiar with Zheng's affairs in Taiwan. He crossed the sea to Taiwan in 1684 and paid close attention to the ruins. He compiled ten volumes of Dongping Ji Lue and Taiwan Wai Ji to record the rise and fall of Zheng Chenggong's anti Qing Dynasty. He also wrote 30 volumes of Taiwan waiji and a bibliography of Chinese popular novels. The story is included in "biographies of historical figures in Taiwan: Ming and Qing Dynasties" on Page 38.
