resume
Mei Baolu is the second son of Mei Shujun. His family background is that he had many couplets on the inscriptions in the late Qing Dynasty in Jinmen, and he was in the same family as the painters Mei Zhenying and Mei Yiqi of Tsinghua University.
Mei Baolu, a poet of Tianjin in the Qing Dynasty, wrote a couplet, which was hung on the drum tower. The first couplet was "Gao Chang, come quickly and watch the sails of the seventy-two barges". The second couplet was "who wakes up the prosperity? Listen to the bell. After 1911, this couplet was rewritten by Hua Shikui, a calligrapher in Tianjin. That is to say, when you look up from the drum tower, there are white sails and frequent water transportation on the river in Dazhigu, Xigu, jiajiagu and other places. As a matter of fact, the so-called "seventy-two sell" can not be seen completely. This is an exaggeration. The 108 bells awaken the sleeping city of Tianjin and artistically summarize the social life of ancient Tianjin. (Tianjin Guardian three treasures)
Tianjin Town God's Temple stage Mei Po Lu Lianyun: "good news bad news, circular fruit report, morning paper evening paper, how do not report; fame and profit field, nothing but theater, come on and off, are on the spot." It's very unconventional and unruly. Baidu Encyclopedia content is shared by netizens.
