Ke Peiyuan, a native of Jiaozhou, was an official of Qing Dynasty.
Ke Peiyuan, 23 years of Jiaqing (1818). He was the magistrate of Ouning County in Fujian Province, the magistrate of Zhili Prefecture in Longyan, and the general judge of Malan in Taiwan. Longyan people feel that it benefits the government and set up ancestral temples to worship it. He is the author of Haifang Zhilue, Malan Zhilue, diary of Huanghua Mountain Pavilion, Shuo Wen Bian Cuo, and Shi Er Shan Fang Gu Wen Ji.
