Professor Lin song was born in Haji (Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca). His father Lin Xinghua and uncle Lin Xingzhi were both international students of Azhar University in Egypt in the early 1930s. In his early years, Professor Lin song had the idea of translating the Koran with Chinese phonology. He tried to translate and publish the selected works of the Koran, that is, Hatem gulani, which has been popular among Muslims of all ethnic groups in China for hundreds of years. In addition to the pilgrimage to Mecca and the history of Chinese translation of the Koran, he co authored with Xueyou the collection of essays on Huihui history and Islamic culture. On the study of the history of the Hui nationality, the main representative work "on the decisive role of Islam in the formation of the Hui nationality in China" has aroused heated repercussions or debates in the academic circles. "Seeking truth from facts, reflecting the original appearance -- some suggestions on compiling the history of Hui nationality", "the politics, economy and culture of Hui nationality in Yunnan in the early and middle Qing Dynasty", "Quanzhou, the main birthplace of Islam and Hui nationality in China", "the form, mentality and dynamics of Muslims in Niujie, Beijing", "saidianchi, a Muslim politician who attaches importance to national unity and harmony", etc, They are all papers provided for domestic and international academic conferences.
