Yang Quan
Yang Quan, male, from Yulin, Guangxi. Master of history, Renmin University of China, doctor of history, Sun Yat sen University. He used to be the chief editor and editor of Sun Yat sen University Press, a researcher of the Institute of Chinese ancient literature of Sun Yat sen University, and now a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Chinese language and literature of Sun Yat sen University. The courses include "Ancient Literature Guide", "history of Chinese classics", "foundation of Zhouyi" and "academic introduction of Qing Dynasty". In recent years, the academic focus is on the study of the history of Qin and Han Dynasties and the study of Lingnan literature. The former focuses on the academic history, ideological history and political history, while the latter focuses on poetry literature and Buddhism literature. He is the chief expert of the major project "Lingnan poetry literature collation and poetry school research" (project approval No. 15zdbo76) of the National Social Science Foundation of China in 2015, and also the editor in chief of the Qing Dynasty part of the key project "all Guangdong poetry" of the National College ANCIENT BOOKS COLLATION AND Research Committee.

Yang Quan has been engaged in academic research since the late 1970s. In the early 1990s, he co authored with Mr. Chen Yande of Xiamen University the first monograph on the state monopoly system in Tang Dynasty salt administration in China, which was published by Sanqin publishing house and highly praised by the academic circles. he once participated in the compilation of the largest Taoist dictionary since the founding of the people's Republic of China as a major contributor and chief editor of sub disciplines. In the 1990s, he also translated the famous work of Dutch Sinologist galopee's Sinology "Mi Xi Tu Kao" into Chinese, focusing on the literature of the pre Qin and Han Dynasties and Lingnan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In 2006, he published his monograph "the new five virtues theory and the politics of the Han Dynasty" in Beijing Zhonghua Book Company, which is regarded by authoritative scholars as "reaching the frontier level of research on some issues". At present, as the executive deputy editor in chief, he is in charge of the compilation of Quan Yue Shi, which is about 50 million words. It is the largest single social science project in Guangdong Province since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and has been supported by Guangdong Province as a landmark project of "building a cultural province". He is now a researcher in the Institute of ancient Chinese literature.
