Li Huan
Li Huan (from September 24, 1917 to December 2, 2010, Xi Jun), a native of Hankou city (now Wuhan City, Hubei Province), is a member of the National Party and a politician in Taiwan. He once served as the "Premier", "senior minister of the presidential office" and "Minister of education" in Taiwan, and was responsible for the preparation of the resumption of Sun Yat sen University in Taiwan. He also served as the first president after the resumption. He was a senior member of the Kuomintang and was promoted by Jiang Jingguo for a long time. He was involved in the KMT's political struggle in February and faded out of the political arena after failure.
Personal resume
He graduated from the law department of Fudan University in Shanghai. During the Anti Japanese War, he took part in the research class of the central cadre school, the predecessor of Taiwan University of political science. Later, he obtained a master's degree in education from the school of education of Columbia University in the United States, and worked as a professor at Taiwan University of political science.
After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese war against Japan, Li Huan served as an important post in the youth work and propaganda of the Kuomintang. From 1946 to 1948, he served as the president of Shenyang daily, and then entered the center of the Kuomintang. In 1948, he began to serve as the deputy director of the Youth Department of the Kuomintang, and then served as the chief secretary, deputy director, and director of the national salvation League; he was also a member and chairman of the youth auxiliary Committee. In October 1976, he was injured by a bomb parcel made by Wang Xingnan with a Chinese dictionary. In 1977, the Chungli incident led to the downfall of Li Huan, who was the leader of the party department and the director of the organization work committee of the Kuomintang when Xu Xinliang was the initiator (later elected as the county magistrate of Taoyuan County), and the expansion of Wang Sheng's power in the political and war system. At that time, there was the so-called "Li Huan Wang Sheng (Sheng)". Li Huan served as the chairman of China Television Corporation for a period of time. Later, he went south to Kaohsiung and became the first president of Sun Yat sen University in Taiwan. Yu Guohua was the "Minister of education" when he formed a cabinet. Before Chiang Ching Kuo's death, Li Huan took up the post of Secretary General of the Kuomintang.
From 1989 to 1990, he once served as the "Premier" for a short period of one year, reaching the peak of political life. It is said that during the political struggle in February, in order to force him to step down, then "President" Lee Teng Hui appointed "defense minister" Hao Bocun as the new cabinet premier to oppose Li Huan's rebound. Since then, there have been only "senior officials in the presidential office" in the form of remuneration, as well as the positions of member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang and chairman of the presidium of the Central Committee of the CPC.
At that time, Li Huan, Hao Bocun, Qiu Chuanghuan, Ma Yingjiu and other Kuomintang conservatives supported the transformation of the "National Assembly" into a electoral college similar to the United States to elect the "President", rather than a direct election supported by public opinion.
There are many figures and officials of the Kuomintang promoted by Li Huan, such as Xu shuide, former "President of examination", secretary-general of the Executive Yuan in Lien Chan's cabinet, Zhao Shoubo, the first chairman of Taiwan Province after the province was refined, Xu Xinliang, former head of Taoyuan County and former chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party.
On March 17, 2007, when Li Huan was going out of the house to attend a meeting, he accidentally fell down. There were many scars on the brow bone, nose wing and part of the body. After more than 30 stitches, he didn't get hurt.
At 19:37 on December 2, 2010, Li Huan died of pneumonia, respiratory failure and multiple organ failure in Taipei Veterans General Hospital. He was 93 years old and the next day was his son Li Qinghua's birthday.
member of family
Pan Xiangning, Li Huan's wife, who was a delegate to the first National Congress, died in 2001. He has two sons and two daughters. His eldest son Li Qingzhong and eldest daughter Li Qingzhu have served in public office. His second son Li Qinghua and his second daughter Li Qingan are representatives of public opinion. Both of them have served as "legislators".
Heritage storm
Li Huan, the former head of Taiwan's administrative organ, died in 2010. According to a weekly report, he left a large amount of deposits, famous paintings and jewelry, worth at least hundreds of millions of yuan (New Taiwan dollars, the same below), attracting four children to fight for property. In response, Li Qinghua, Li Huan's second son, said today (28th) that the reports on his property dispute with his siblings were all untrue. He will report to the weekly and his sister Li Qingzhu.
Li Qingan
Accused of selling paintings
Li Huan has a very high seniority in the Kuomintang system. His eldest son, Li Qingzhong, was the "deputy director of the Environmental Protection Agency"; his eldest daughter, Li Qingzhu, was the "director of the overseas Chinese Affairs Commission"; his second son, Li Qinghua, is the current "legislator"; his youngest daughter, Li Qingan, has lost her "legislator" position.
The weekly reported that Li Huan had stored a large amount of cash in Li Qingzhong's name or joint account before his death, and the amount of cash in the account has reached 50 million to 60 million yuan. Li Qinghua and his younger siblings found the remittance slip in the safe while sorting out Li Huan's belongings, complaining that his father was partial. Li Huan also collected famous paintings by Zhang Daqian and other masters. It was reported that in the last period before Li Huan's birth, Li Qing'an sold famous paintings one after another when he entered Li Huan's home, selling them for 40-50 million yuan.
According to the report, in order to lead the distribution of the estate, Li Qinghua asked a lawyer to draw up a consent form, asking Li Huan to hand over part of his property to him. However, his brother and sister questioned that the consent form was established when Li Huan was unconscious and had no legal effect. In order to make the consent effective, Li Qinghua hoped that when Ma Ying Jeou visited Li Huan, Li Huan would wake up and prove that his father was not in a coma, but Li Huan did not clear up when Ma Ying Jeou visited him Wake up, let Li Qinghua disappointed. Ma Ying Jeou's office said it would not comment on Ma Ying Jeou's visit to Li Huan.
According to the report, the four brothers and sisters voluntarily declared the inheritance tax and each paid more than 1 million yuan of inheritance tax, proving that they all have the right to share all of Li Huan's property; the report also pointed out that Li Qingzhu has been interfering with the distribution of the estate. Li Qinghua made a statement about the legacy disturbance, saying that he broke off the relationship with Li Qingzhong and Li Qingan in 2006 under the witness of Li yongran's lawyer, and that the weekly's accusation of Li Qingan selling paintings was not true.

If the report on property dispute is not true, a lawsuit will be filed
According to Taiwan's "Central News Agency", Li Qinghua, a member of the National Party's "legislator", said today that the weekly reports about his struggle for property with his brothers are untrue. He will report to one weekly and his sister Li Qingzhu.
In the morning, Li Qinghua held a press conference with his younger sister and former "legislator" Li Qing'an, lawyer Lin Xiantong and former "legislator" Li Ao, pointing out that Li Qingzhu was the backstage agent of weekly reports and discrediting Li Huanqing's reputation.
Li Qinghua and Li Qing'an also presented the overseas account confirmation issued by Li Huan in the presence of lawyers and medical staff during his stay in Taipei Rongzong hospital, the signed receipt of Li Huan selling Master Zhang Daqian himself, and the declaration of abandoning the ownership of Siwei road dependents' home signed by Li Qing'an, which proved that the report of one week was not true.
Lin Xiantong said that Li Qingzhu was the one who didn't cooperate and boycotted when he was entrusted to handle Li Huan's estate.
Li Ao said that all the paintings and characters of Zhang Daqian and Yu Youren, the master of cursive script before Li Huan's birth, belong to the "social nature" and are not treasures. In his opinion, they are of little value.
Li Qingzhu did not respond
In an interview with Li Qinghua and Li Qingan last night, Li Qinghua pointed out that Li Qingzhu was the one behind the weekly report! She's taking revenge on our three brothers and sisters for breaking up with her Li Qing'an also said that the whole report was about Li Qingzhu "making trouble out of nothing" and that "my father's paintings were all managed by him, and I absolutely didn't deal with them privately!"
Lin Xiantong, the lawyer appointed by Li Qinghua, Li Huan's second son, said in an interview yesterday that the estate has been counted. As for how to distribute it, because there are gold and jewelry in the safe, the four children have to negotiate on their own. "If they can't reach a consensus, they have to go through the judicial channel and let the judge distribute it." Li Qinghua and Li Qingan said that the whole report was about the eldest daughter Li Qingzhu making trouble.
