Li Yongsheng

Li Yongsheng, born in September 1964, male, Han nationality, from Huaining, Anhui Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He graduated from the law department of Anhui University in July 1986 with a bachelor's degree in law.

In July 1989, he graduated from the Graduate Department of Southwest University of political science and law with a master's degree in law.

At present, he is a doctoral supervisor of criminal law major in Southwest University of political science and law, and a postdoctoral cooperative tutor of criminal law major. He is also an expert of the Evaluation Office of the academic degree center of the State Council, an expert of communication evaluation of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project, an expert of communication evaluation of national social science foundation project, an expert of communication evaluation of Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of education, an executive director of China Society of criminology, and an expert of legal education for minors Standing member of the professional committee, director of China behavioral law society, vice president of financial legal behavior research association of China behavioral law society, first director of Chongqing law society, standing director of Chongqing Criminal Law Research Association, director of Chongqing Juvenile Delinquency Research Association, and standing director of Chongqing Shapingba District law society.

After graduation, postgraduates stay as teaching assistants. They were rated as lecturers in November 1992, associate professors in November 1995 and professors in December 2001. He was the director of the criminal law teaching and research section of Southwest University of political science and law. he is now a doctoral supervisor and professor of Law School of Southwest University of political science and law, and a master's supervisor of criminal law. He is also a director of China Criminology Research Association, a standing member of Legal Education Committee for minors, the first director of Chongqing law society, a director of Chongqing juvenile Crime Research Association, and a director of Chongqing Criminal Law Research Association. He specializes in Chinese criminal law, economic criminal law, criminology, economic criminology, etc. In the daily teaching work, we pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, pay attention to the two-way teaching activities, and the teaching effect is remarkable. In 1997, we were rated as the excellent teacher of Southwest University of political science and law. In March 1998, we won the sixth national young teacher award of Huo Yingdong education foundation. In addition, he was awarded the outstanding Party member of Southwest University of political science and law for three times in 1996, 1998 and 2001, and was awarded the honorary title of outstanding communist party member by Chongqing Education Working Committee and Education Committee in June 2001. In terms of scientific research, he presided over the Ministry of justice's key scientific research project "financial crime research" and participated in the research work of the National Social Science Foundation Project "national civil servant crime and its prevention and control" during the Eighth Five Year Plan period.
