Li Zhiqing (1799-1858) was a famous scholar in Qing Dynasty. The name is lanjiu, Xiangyuan, Xiyun, and Yangtou, Fuan, Fujian. Li Zhiqing was born in a poor family. He studied to become an official and visited hundreds of scholars. Although he has a political voice, his official career has been bumpy. In 21 years, he has changed 13 places. Since 1835, he has successively served as the county magistrate of Zhejiang Province, the county magistrate of Nantang, Yuhang, Xinchang, Longquan, Jiaxing and Xi'an of Shaanxi Province, the county magistrate of Xitang of Zhejiang Province, and the county magistrate of Jiaxing Prefecture, in charge of the coastal defense branch of Zhapu. He was awarded the title of wenlinlang, the official of Fengzheng (zhengwupin), and the official of Chaoyi (from Sipin) after his death in Jin Dynasty. Buried in Fushan Hushan.
Li Zhiqing
Li Zhiqing was an important scholar in Fu'an's literary world in the late Qing Dynasty. His literary works include Xiyun Shichao, Xiangyuan notes, Cangjie Zikao and shuowenjiao. Now there are only two volumes of Xiyun Shichao. He is good at calligraphy. He is a calligrapher in the late Qing Dynasty. In the literary world, he attaches great importance to Lin Zexu, a national hero, and he Shaoji, a famous calligrapher. Li Zhiqing's wife is Lin Zexu's own niece. Lin Zexu once personally inscribed Li Qingzhi's Woodcut couplet "Huiye literati presided over the elegant style, and Xianli in the Qing Dynasty was in charge of the lake and mountain". He gave a proper evaluation to Li Zhiqing and other officials who were honest and upright and did not forget to read. He also named Li Zhiqing's small flower hall and engraved a banner: "reading Sao Mountain House". He Shaoji, a famous calligrapher, presented him with a woodcut couplet "seeking Tao Ling in turbid wine and visiting Ge Hong in dansha".
Lin zhuowu
Lin Zhuo Wu (1889 ~? )Shu Qing, a native of Fujian, was the pioneer of the national postal service. Born in 1889 in suban village, Kangcuo Township, Fu'an City. His father, Yuan Kai, was a magistrate in the Qing Dynasty. During the Anti Japanese War, Lin zhuowu was appointed as the general inspector of the third section of the military post of Zhonghua post office in Xi'an. He was awarded the rank of major general and made great contributions to changing the paralysis of the postal communication between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. after the founding of new China, Lin zhuowu happily participated in the work and was elected as the people's representative of Fu'an county. He successively served as a member of the Standing Committee of the people's Government of Fu'an County, a member of the land reform committee of Fu'an special region, a vice chairman of the county CPPCC, a member of the provincial CPPCC and an alternate member of the provincial Democratic Revolution Committee. He died in 1957. On May 9, 1981, in order to commemorate the 41st anniversary of Premier Zhou's inscription for Lin zhuowu, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a commemorative stamp with the title of "a long way to go, a long way to the country", and printed the first day cover (an envelope with a brief description of Premier Zhou's inscription for Lin zhuowu), which was issued at home and abroad
