Li Wenhui

Li Wenhui, male, Han nationality, born in July 1957 in Linzhou, Henan Province, holds a master's degree and a doctor's degree in management. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1982 and began to work in August 1975.

He used to be deputy director of the Standing Committee of Henan Provincial People's Congress and Deputy Secretary of the Party group.
