How to use backpack properly in the journey

Backpack is not just a traveler to put all things into everything, only reasonable loading can back comfortable, walk happily.

(1) Heavy equipment should be placed at the top and close to the back, such as stoves, cookers, heavy food, rain gear, water bottles, etc. tents should be tied to the top of the backpack with umbrella belt. If the center of gravity is too low or far away from the back, the body will bend and walk.

(2) The second heavy items are placed in the center of the backpack and the lower side belt, such as spare clothes, personal appliances, headlamp, map, compass, camera, etc.

(3) Light items are placed at the bottom, such as sleeping bags. Other items such as tripod and climbing stick can be placed in the side bag of the backpack.

(4) It should be noted that boys have longer upper body and shorter legs, while girls have shorter upper body but longer legs. Their physical conditions vary from person to person. Therefore, they should choose their own backpacks carefully.

(5) When passing through rapids and steep sections, there must be rope protection. When passing without protection, the shoulder belt should be relaxed, and the belt and chest belt should be opened, so that in case of danger, the bag can be separated as quickly as possible.
