How to store business cards(ru he cun fang ming pian )

After you have participated in social intercourse, you should collect the business cards of others immediately so as to make use of them in the future. Don't clip it in books and materials, press it under the glass plate, or throw it in the drawer.

There are four ways to store business cards. They can also be used alternately

(1) They are classified according to the order of foreign letters or Chinese pinyin.

(2) According to the number of Chinese characters strokes of names.

(3) By profession or department.

(4) By country or region.
