Wanghai Guanyin

Located in the new reclamation area of the new port, Wanghai Guanyin statue is designed by Portuguese plastic designer Li Jielian. It is 211 meters high and costs 30 million Australian dollars. Because it was conceived by a foreign sculptor, the appearance of this statue is different from that of the traditional one. Its shape is simple and fluent, and it has the style of combining Chinese traditional Buddhist culture with European sculptors.
